Level 1 Boxing for Fitness The Boxing for Fitness course is designed to educate and assist Fitness Leaders, Personal Trainers, and Gym Instructors on how to properly conduct, structure, and teach Boxing classes to their clients in all types of environments. The course covers a wide range of topics associated with boxing and fitness with an emphasis on injury prevention, correct punching techniques, and pad holding. Advanced Course The THUMP advanced course has been designed to take personal trainers and group exercise instructors to another level of boxing for fitness. You will learn new ideas, combinations, routines, and advanced techniques for your boxing sessions in this dynamic workshop created by THUMP Training Systems. You will also be introduced to kickboxing for fitness routines adding another dimension to your sessions. Basic kickboxing combinations will be taught with an emphasis on safety and injury prevention. THUMP SuperClass A THUMP Super Class is a three hour practical workshop designed to give you more ideas and routines for your boxing and kickboxing for fitness sessions. You will be taken through a dynamic THUMP Boxing class while also being shown various combinations, drills, and exercises related to Boxing for Fitness. Super Classes are a great way to meet other trainers in the industry and brush up on your networking skills. A THUMP Super Class has been designed for trainers who have already completed the Level 1 course and the Advanced course. It will provide you with up to date routines, combinations and exercises relating to Boxing for Fitness. Knockout P.T This course has been specially designed for Personal Trainers wanting to give their clients the most exciting, motivating, and beneficial workout without utilising all the fancy gadgets and expensive equipment. You will be shown how to think outside the square when it comes to prescribing a unique range of exercises.
